I’m excited to be partnering with the Philadelphia Dance Academy to capture your children’s showcase portraits. You might have spotted me around the studios as I have 3 dancers at PDA and can be seen utilizing the studios for dancer sessions, audition photos and rehearsal images. I’m thrilled to be adding showcase portraits this year and look forward to working with your children to create timeless dance images to remember this special time.

This year we will have a separate photo day for each location:

Ardmore Spring Showcase Photos: Sunday, April 26th (sessions start at 12pm)

Old City Spring Showcase Photos: Saturday, May 9th (sessions start at 2pm)

SESSION AND PRICING DETAILS

Fee: $25 per 5 minute session. This includes 3-5 poses in 1 costume on a modern light gray background (lighter than one shown here) and an online password protected gallery for easy viewing and ordering. It does not include any prints or digital files. Sample pricing for professional prints/digitals ordered through your online gallery are as follows (other sizes and products available):

4x6 $12
5x7 $15
8x10 $25
1 digital $40 (discounted packages offered for multiple digitals)

Can I be photographed in more than one costume? Each 5 minute session includes 1 costume. For multiple costumes, please book 1 session per outfit leaving enough time between your sessions to change.

Do you offer sibling sessions? Yes! Just book 3 back to back sessions and let me know at the start of your first session.

How does this all work? Approx. 2-3 weeks after picture week, you will receive 3+ images in a private, online gallery for easy ordering. Photos will be available to purchase for 2 weeks after you receive your images. All digital orders will be delivered immediately. Prints come directly to the address provided.

POLICIES

Your session fee is non-refundable. If you can’t make your session, you’re welcome to transfer or sell your spot to another dancer. Please email me directly and I will see if there is anyone on the waiting list.

One week before portrait day, we will email you the details you need to prepare including logistics, timing and ordering information.
